What are the responsibilities of sales manager in GOSTEW&G Corporation?

Sales manager of our company arranges a meeting in client’s office and negotiates with client’s management – chief accountants, lawyers, directors. His only goal is to sell accounting services.

What is meant under accounting services?

Accounting services include:

• Financial statements audit (including in accordance with IFRS International financial reporting standard)
• Accounting records maintenance for enterprises and entrepreneurs (including in accordance with IFRS International financial reporting standard)
• Preparation and presentation of tax accounting
• Accounting recovery
• Tax consultations
• Transformation of Russian tax accounting in accordance with International financial reporting standards

These services are required by chief accountants, enterprise directors, company owners, and those who are directly involved in economic and legal activities.

We invite active young people of 20-35 years old with bachelor and specialist education, sociable, ambitious and aiming at results. Work experience in sales is welcomed.

How often and how far I will have to travel?

This work is 80% travels in Moscow and Moscow region, around 2/3 are visits to Moscow region companies. 2-3 visits to clients daily.

Can I use my own car for travels?

Traffic jams are very frequent in Moscow and Moscow region, or at least in Moscow outskirts. Using your personal car may result in delay and failure to meet with clients. It is faster to use public transport that will save travel time and let you be on time for the meeting.

Will my transport expenses be paid?

Public transport expenses are paid. We provide travel card for Moscow public transport and travels around Moscow region are paid at the end of each month on the basis of tickets and receipts.

Will mobile phone communications be paid?

Yes, mobile phone communications will be paid.

If I bring a client to company, will I receive any bonuses?

If you find a client yourself and sell him reference legal system ConsultantPlus you will receive a bonus.

Shall I come to office every day?

Yes, your working day starts in the office where you receive day schedule from director and discuss daily plans with him. You also talk with clients over the phone and e-mail in the office and record results in the database.

I have never worked with the System and I don’t have sales experience, will I be able to get any training?

Of course! Our company offers 5-day training courses free of charge in our office. There you will get the basic knowledge and our experienced employees teach you practical methods of negotiating, product presentation, and communication with clients.

When the trainee period ends?

If you attend basic courses, you will be able to study reference legal system ConsultantPlus and use it properly. At the end of training you will be offered a “role-play game” – you will be asked to present the system to client. If you are successful, we will conclude labor agreement and make corresponding record in your work record book. Employment procedures are in compliance with Labor and Tax Codes of the RF.

What is the work schedule?

You work from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00. Lunch break – 30 minutes.

What part of salary is official?

All your salary is official; we do not give money in closed envelopes. Salaries are transferred to plastic card with deduction of 13% of personal income tax.

Accounting services demand constantly increases, as each enterprise and individual entrepreneur can be your client. There are 400,000 enterprises and 300,000 individual entrepreneurs in Moscow only. Market constantly changes, some companies vanish and some appear, while another go through amendment. In conditions of competition companies believe professional accounting services to be very important, thus demand is always high.

Is there a career development program?

Sales manager may benefit from fast career development. Company offers specific system of such development consisting of the following stages:

• 1st stage - trainee
• 2nd stage - manager
• 3rd stage – department head

What salary do you offer?

Your earnings consist of salary and bonuses. Salary amounts to 20,000 rubles. Bonus part depends on your personal sales. Average sales managers earnings amount to 30,000 – 50,000 rubles and leading managers earn about 100,000 rubles. We offer the highest sales bonuses!

Will I be able to work with you?
